Booking on the Acuity App
Our classes use Acuity scheduling, which is available as an app for your phone Here or search and find the “Acuity Scheduling Client” App in your App store.
1. Open the App and select the account symbol on the bottom right corner and Login or Create an Account
2. Select the Home button from the bottom menu, select 'Add a business' and enter 'sedadance.as.me'
3. Find the drop-in class you would like to take and click 'Sign Up'
4. Enter your information (If you are logged in it will save your information for future use) and accept the drop-in terms and conditions.
5. If you have a Drop-in or Flex Pass scroll down and select 'Redeem Coupon or Package', If logged in your pass should now be listed below the button, but you will have also received a secret code by email. Enter the code and select 'apply'. Select 'Complete Appointment'.
If you do not have a Pass scroll down and select ‘Pay Now’. On the next screen, enter you credit card and billing information. Select 'Complete Appointment'.
Booking on our Website
Book a class using either our DROP IN page for all available classes, or by following a direct class link on our SCHEDULE page.
1. Find the SIGN-UP and LOGIN buttons on the top right of the booking pages. All class bookings are attached to your email and an account created at any time will save your information and allow you to view upcoming and past classes.
3. Find the drop-in class you would like to take and click 'BOOK'
4. Enter your information (If you are logged in it will enter your information automatically) and accept the drop-in terms and conditions. Select ‘CONTINUE TO PAYMENT’
5. If you have a Drop-in or Flex Pass select 'PACKAGE, GIFT OR COUPON CODE', If logged in your pass should now be listed below the button, but you will have also received a secret code by email. Enter the code and select 'apply'. Select 'Complete Appointment'.
If you do not have a Pass enter your credit card information and select ‘Pay Now’.
Viewing your booked classes and cancellation
All classes will send you a booking confirmation email and a 24 hour reminder email.
Booked classes can be viewed in the phone app under the calendar icon.
On our website booked classes can be viewed on any booking page by logging in, then selecting your username in the upper right corner and selecting ‘appointments’
For full-year registered students your booked classes have no monetary value within the scheduling system and cancelling will not result in refunds or credits.
Drop in classes can be cancelled for full refund up to 24 hours in advance.
