Let’s dance together — online!

We can’t be together yet in our studio, but we can dance together on Zoom! Classes will be a chance to reacquaint, dance, wake up our bodies!

Classes are free of charge. Donations are happily accepted by e-transfer to info@sedadance.ca.

Please share these classes with anyone who would like to move — a dancer or not-yet-dancer who would benefit from moving and expressing themselves through the energy of dance!

To participate, you will need a free Zoom account (easy to set up!) and the class ID and password. Email me anytime up to 15 minutes before the start of the class and I will send you the ID and password.


Breathe Series: Focus on working with breath and allowing our expression to flow through opening movement.

Boost Series: Contemporary movement working on strength maintenance to boost our mood and maintain our fitness levels.

Tuesday – 10-11:15am – Boost Series – Beginner Ballet

Wednesday – 5-6:15pm – Boost Series – Beginner Contemporary

Thursday – 10:30am-12pm – Breathe Series – Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary

Friday – 10-11am – Breathe Series – SAOL & Beginner Contemporary

Saturday – 10-11:15am – Boost Series – Intermediate Ballet Barre
