NEW online classes!

May — The studio continues to remain closed until further notice. Please feel free to email me with any specific questions regarding this mandated closure.

We can’t be together yet in our studio, but we can dance together, apart, on Zoom! Classes will be a chance to reacquaint, dance together, wake up our bodies!

Classes are free of charge. Donations are happily accepted for class by e-transfer to info@sedadance.ca.

Please share these classes with anyone who would like to move — a dancer or not-yet-dancer who would benefit from moving and expressing themselves through the energy of dance!

To participate, you will need a free Zoom account (easy to set up!) and the class ID and password. Email me anytime up to 15 minutes before the start of the class and I will send you the ID and password.

 

Breathe Series: Focus on working with breath and allowing our expression to flow through opening movement.

Boost Series: Contemporary movement working on strength maintenance to boost our mood and maintain our fitness levels.

Tuesday – 10-11:15am – Boost Series – Beginner Ballet

Wednesday – 5-6:15pm – Boost Series – Beginner Contemporary

Thursday – 10:30am-12pm – Breathe Series – Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary

Friday – 10-11am – Breathe Series – SAOL & Beginner Contemporary

Saturday – 10-11:15am – Boost Series – Intermediate Ballet Barre
